jessica adams, owner + planner
Jessica Adams, Owner and Planner of Elevated Events, graduated from JMU with a bachelor’s in Hospitality Management. She has extensive experience in every segment of the event industry including catering, event logistics, and venue sales. She started Elevated Events because she felt that events were lacking genuine hospitality. Jessica lives with her husband, Andrew, and their “mini Noah’s ark”…2 dogs and 2 cats. She confesses to an obsession with pineapples and enjoys visiting wineries and hanging out with her family. Oh, and being anywhere near the water, especially on a boat!
Megan byrne, planner
Megan Byrne boasts a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Development from Virginia Tech and a Master of Education from VCU. She has worked as a personal organizer and is currently a kindergarten teacher. Both careers explain her love of having things perfectly labeled and ready to go! Megan and husband Sean, enjoy time with their super-fun and feisty daughters: Kensi and Zoe. When she’s not organizing, teaching, or planning, Megan loves to vacation at her favorite destination: the beach.
